Q: What is your normal delivery turn-around?
A: In order to offer such a wide range of personalised options most are printed on demand. We endeavour to turn-around orders within 3-5 days, unless there is exceptional demand or bank holidays where it may take a couple of days longer. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we'll try to accommodate your needs.
Q: Do you ship to USA and Canada?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to ship to North America at the moment due to the prohibitive costs of product liability insurance.
Q: I can't see my van model or colour?
A: If there's something you'd like to see on our products, please send us an email to info@mycampervan.co.uk as we may already have that design within our image library, but not yet in our product catalogue.
Q: Can I have a VW logo on my personalised product?
A: VW is a registered trademark owned by Volkswagen and we do not have their permission to use their trademark.
Q: What happens if my order is lost or damaged in the post?
A: Notify us immediately if your order has been been damaged in transit or if it hasn't arrived. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy.
Q: When I received my order, it wasn't what I expected.
A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your MyCamperVan purchase. If not, please refer to our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy.
Q: How durable is the printing on personalised products?
A: All the personalised products i.e. mugs, coasters, placemats, cushion covers, bunting etc are printed using a process called dye-sublimation. During this process, the product is heated to approximately 160-200C, the ink from the transfer vaporises and infuses onto the surface of the product at a molecular level. Once cooled, the print is permanent and cannot be removed without destroying it.
Q: Do you have a shop/showroom we can visit?
A: We are an online business only and do not have anywhere to view our product, especially as the majority of our range is printed to order.
Q: Can I collect my order from your premises?
A: Only by arrangement and upon confirmation that the order is complete - we do not hold stock of finished product as most is made to order.
Q: Do you make special commissions e.g. events, clubs, weddings etc?
A: Yes, we'd be happy to discuss making products for special events and occasions where there are multiple quantities of the same design. Please contact us with details of your requirement i.e. product types / quantities.
Q: Can I make a copy of your designs?
A: No, all designs are copyright is owned by MyCamperVan. MyCamperVan is a registered trademark in the UK. If you would like to discuss licensing arrangements please contact us.
